Anshu Singh, our Director cum Principal, is a distinguished academic leader whose career is built on a foundation of excellence, beginning with his B.Tech from the prestigious IIT Kanpur. With over two decades of dedicated experience in education management, research, and development, he brings a rare blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and pedagogical passion to our institution. His professional journey has seen him contribute to and lead at some of the nation’s most respected educational organizations, including Career Launcher, Wiley India, Bytedance, K12 Techno, Convegenius, and Extramarks.

At his core, Anshu is a passionate educator and a firm believer in the transformative power of teaching. This belief was the driving force behind his entrepreneurial venture, DoPrep, an organization he founded and led. As a Mathematics expert, he personally mentored and taught numerous students, guiding many to achieve top ranks in the highly competitive IIT entrance examinations. This firsthand experience in nurturing talent provides him with a unique and grounded perspective on student development, which informs his leadership style.
Before joining us, Anshu served as the Academic Vice President for Orchids International Schools, a role in which he managed the academic and operational delivery for a network of over 100 schools. This position honed his skills in large-scale curriculum design, robust teacher training programs, and the implementation of systems that foster consistent student growth. Guided by his personal mission, “Empowering Students to Unlock Their True Potential,” Anshu is committed to creating a dynamic and supportive learning ecosystem where every student is inspired to explore their passions, master critical thinking skills, and emerge as a confident, well-rounded individual prepared to excel in a global landscape.
